We had a great experience working with Rae, to design our two custom stained glass windows. And the final product sent to us was exactly what we had expected. However, one of the windows came with three very obvious and long (3 or 4 inches each) scratched. We asked Stainedglasswindows about this; they told us in an email that there are products you can buy to remove the scratches; than they stopped communicating with us. When the make windows, Stainedglasswindows start with the actual stained glass, then sandwich this glass between two sheets of tempered glass. Fortunately for us, the worst of the scratches were on the outside of one pane of tempered glass; there were also several small scratched on the outside of this pane, and a few small scratches on the inside of the pane that we cannot reach. We spent about $40 on supplies and about 6 hours of messy, hard work polishing the three large scratches. If we look closely, we can still see them but they are no longer noticeable to someone casually looking at the window.

I highly recommend them to everyone. I sent the model of the glass my client wanted, and they quickly made it. They are really excellent.

Derek made some beautiful beveled glass window panes for us. They were accurate to size so they fit perfectly and were shipped in terrific packaging ( so don't be worried about shipping glass across country). A photo is attached of the windows installed by us in a wood frame we made and painted to match our existing window frame.
