Thompson Creek Window Company

We bought all our windows and doors from thompson's creek in 2006. We have had nothing but great service from them, when necessary. Most recently, they replaced a cracked panel in our front door caused by the sun and heat at no cost.

I had 4 exterior doors, 2 storm doors, and 5 windows replaced in my home. Everyone who came out from the gentleman who showed me the products I would be receiving to the employees who installed the products, allude sure that I knew what was being worked on and that the product which was delivered was in fact the product which I had ordered. When one of my storm doors began acting up the customer service person sincerely apologized, stated that a service personnel would be out to replace the hardware which was malfunctioning even though I told her I thought it had just come loose and I didn't have the proper tool to fix it. The customer service I received from Thompson Creek was and continues to be of the highest caliber and I couldn't be happier with the new doors and windows I bought.
