Voyageur Door & Window

We called Voyageur on a Tuesday morning and we had a guy (Roland) come by our place by 2:00. He was a touch late for our 1:30 appointment but he was so quick that it didn't matter. We told him what we were looking to do, he asked us a few questions and in about half an hour we had a quote and an order placed. Great work!

After getting several quotes, I hired Voyageur to do the job....and that they did! This is the 2nd time I have hired them and am even more impressed this time. The replaced my windows and doors and I really couldn't be happier. The salesman was very patient with all my questions and didn't push me into making a decision either way, which was much appreciated. The installer too was very nice and respectable to my home as well. I couldn't believe how quickly he worked and I am SO impressed with the quality of the products. It makes all the difference in the world when you go with a quality company like Voyageur compared to what is offered in the big box stores and doing it yourself. They have much to choose from and there really is no comparison. I have to add that there were a couple of minor hiccups that need to be worked out but I am so far quite impressed by how diligent and accommodating they have been in ensuring my concerns are addressed as quickly as possible and I have no concerns that they will be taken care of. I would gladly recommend Voyageur to anyone no matter how big or small your project is.
