The worst customer service in the business. Over sold at the start. We used this company on the advice of our builder. Huge mistake. We got defective back doors. These were 9 feet 4 panel windows floor to ceiling. Pricey and were up sold . Poor service and I took nearly 8 months to fix the cold air blowing into my house. Still not fixed and we have heard nothing from the owner of this company. No responsibility taken for their products once the sale was done. After spending $50,000 on doors and windows I am very sad to say that no one should use this company.

Excellent customer service ensures you get the right product you are looking for! I purchased Marvin Integrity window and doors from them and they truly make my house and I get comments from everyone that comes to visit my house. Worth every penny! Thanks again to Dave and Mike!

The service department also is second to no one in the Ottawa region. They are often available for both installation advice service work within 24hrs notice. Many times in our experience Window Works has completed small maintenance issue for our clients on product installed over a decade ago. I have worked with Window Works, pretty much from the beginning. Always excellent service, and superior product. Extremely professional people , Dave for certain, and very accommodating to my clients. Kevin, the delivery, and repair expert is excellent as well. These guys know their product, and stand behind it. Any minor issues that may crop up (and they are very few) are dealt with quickly and efficiently! I would recommend this company to anyone, and this comes from a contractor with almost 40 years in the industry, and involved in many "high end" projects. Excellent people...

We have used Windows Works as our window supplier for a number of residential projects at this point and we could not be happier. Dave and his team are professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. On more than one occasion Dave has phoned me up after looking over our plans to point out potential difficulties and suggest alternatives which fit our design intent.
