They were very helpful walking us through the decision making process of selecting an appropriate door, window and hardware for our house and our budget. During the installation of the door they discovered some oddities concerning the framing of the house that did cause some problems but they adjusted quickly and professionally. Their installer explained the situation and the solution to us very clearly and then returned the following day with the needed materials to finish the job. The representative ID&CC sent out do the estimate was highly superior to that of the competitor. He knew the product well, could describe what kind of wood they used, the process for building the doors, and timing on delivery. I almost felt like it was his own company vs. the competitor who seemed more like a sales guy who didn't really understand much detail about the product. The ID&CC rep gave me a fair estimate and didn't try to upsell me. I ended up getting the mirrored doors framed by wood - they are so elegant and I get so many compliments on them. The installation team that came to install the doors was super professional, thorough, and left everything clean. I am super happy that I chose this company as they deliver a quality product and excellent customer service. I had never heard of them prior to getting their flier in the mail and checking Yelp reviews. I don't give a 5-star recommendation out very easily. I paid a little bit more to use this company but I am someone who puts a high value on quality and customer service. You get what you pay for!”
