“Major garage door problem, wouldn't open. I was told how to get the door open and it was fixed by the time I got home from work. This company will make your problem their problem and get it fixed. Below the lowest approximate cost only goes to $1,000. Cost was for a spring replacement and service call. Very reasonable.”

“Mike was the technician (and I believe owner) that arrived to repair our old geniepro screwdrive opener. He called prior to his arrival within the stated time frame of 9-11am. Mike was very friendly and honest. He stated multiple issues that could be wrong with the opener after I told him about the problems we were having. He stated clearly that he could just repair and replace some parts, that may help for the short term, but a new opener would be a much better option. He had all the parts on hand and replaced the entire opener in less than an hour. He went over all the instructions with the remotes and opener itself as well as some future considerations to keep the whole door and assembly running well. Mike was never aggressive with his sales tactics or fees. The receipt also states clearly what all the fees are. I would recommend this company to family and friends and will keep their number for future reference or referrals.”
