“Very nice selection of hardware and great customer service offered by Erin. She sent me extra pictures before purchase that made the sale for me! Delivery was as expected.with the one piece, 100" rail coming separately... perhaps UPS forgot it on the truck the first delivery! Everything fit well... only received 5 bolts for a 6 bolt install, but Erin addressed that immediately! Erin also took a return after we found a suitable handle locally, versus the one we ordered from Barndoorz. We will order our next barndoor hardware from Barndoorz!”

“We had our Affinity Door installed last fall. As I told Ed Duddy then, it is the nicest piece of furniture we own! He was very helpful with all aspects of the purchase and installation - selecting the glass that would best enhance the appearance of the door; the contractor who installed the door, and keeping us well-informed of the arrival and install dates, as we had some porch improvement to complete first. The door is BEAUTIFUL and completely changes the look of our home. Our home is nice, but the door adds that touch of beauty that was missing ! Many thanks to the Affinity team for a job well done! Next, the master bedroom door!”

“Installed a mix of approximately 20 fiberglass and vinyl replacement windows on our two-story home. Straightforward initial sales pitch and spent a significant amount of time explaining the installation process. Minimal hard sell and gimmicks throughout; in fact, encouraged us to spend less in certain aspects (although one of the more expensive companies we interviewed). Answered and re-answered several questions during the decision process, and prepared several estimates based on proposed variations to the order. Always friendly and communicative. Windows arrived within estimated time of delivery. Installation crew was pleasant, careful and apparently thorough. We are satisfied with the end product and more than satisfied with the service provided by Houston Window Experts.”
