“My Spouse and I have used Kingston Windows and Doors for the past 7 years to replace all our Windows and Doors. The measuring process and installation Crews have met and exceeded our expectations. They only had to return 2 times in total for 11 Windows, 1 Patio Door and 1 Front Door. I called to say that the caulking had sunk on a window trim a few days after the installation. The second time was to replace a Screen for the Outer Larson storm door because the original Screen was not cut correctly at the Factory. The new screen was ordered and installed within 1 week. The caulking was repaired the following day after I called in. The installation technicians were always cordial, on time and cleaned up all debris when each installation was complete. They also were helpful during the installations so that the alarm system on each window and door worked perfectly when the work was complete.”
