Michael was so knowledgeable about an amazing closet systems partner they have called Presotto. Everything was custom designed from the dimensions to the compartments to the gorgeous wooden finish. The unparalleled customer service did not stop after the sale was made. I was able reach out with questions and concerns at odd hours and weekends and still was happily assisted. “I went to the Chair Fair just to start looking around for a new kitchen set with no intention of buying. The selection was very big and they had all different styles with reasonable prices. “Hello, I have been a customer of Charlton furniture since 1990. I have found them to offer some of the highest quality furniture you can find in our area. The prices are very reasonable when you understand the difference between fabrics and construction. Susan and her staff go out of their way to help you and the deliveries have always been on time and very professional. They have 3 buildings filled with furniture so the variety is enormous. “I have several exquisite Pieces done by Pieces. One is a four door armoire. It has enough room to use as a closet, set of clothes draws or a TV; however I had them put in draws with two long doors. On the bottom there are two smaller doors which have two draws behind them. I wanted it designed this way so I can entertain company without it looking like a bedroom. I also had them build a two sided serpentine TV bureau with a motorized lift in it for my TV. When I put the television down into the furniture Pieces designed a faux marble insert so it can be closed and used as a buffet table when there’s company. The hand paint that I had chosen was floral on the front and striped on the sides. The colors that I chose match my room perfectly since I gave them a color swatch with all the colors I wanted in my pieces. Needless to say it looks magnificent. I couldn’t be more pleased. It's nice to have someone make what you ask for.”
