“I was very happy with the services my clients received from Landmark, Jana, and their team. I am a real estate agent, and I work with a lot of builders. It's always refreshing to see a builder go over and above. Building a home is extremely complicated and a lot of things can come up. Going with a builder with good character makes a world of difference. I showed my clients a lot of homes and we met with a lot of builders. They ended up choosing the perfect home for them and they got everything they wanted in their budget. I also like how they do a 30 day walkthrough and then a second one around the one-year mark. “Curt Hofer & Associates built a home for us in 2012. We love our home. Steve, the company president, is honest and straight forward and very easy to work with. Marshall, the designer, was SO talented and really wonderful and creative. He listened to us and knew exactly what we wanted, then came up with a wonderful, functional plan. He was really fun and easy to work with. Craig, the financial officer, is very honest, kind and straight forward. They are all very knowledgable and easy to work with. They build multi-million dollar homes, and though our house was not as large as many of those, they treated us with patience and respect. Their whole team is a great bunch of people. We highly recommend them.”

“We worked with Mike on several designs before getting the right one. He was always patient with our process and open to our ideas. When it came to the build, any changes or mistakes he handled immediately, and put our minds to rest so our stress level was not high. We heard lots of horror stories from friends and coworkers about their builds, but we did not have any of those experiences when it came to our own; Mike's experience and his ability to handle all the details were great. And we felt very satisfied in Mike's knowledge of green building, which was extremely important to us. The end product was exactly the quality we were looking for in a house, and we highly recommend Rezac Construction to anyone looking to build their dream home.”
