“Dave is an exceptional designer and builder. His knowledge and execution of a plan are professional, accurate and completed with integrity. His talents as a designer and hands on builder are remarkable. His versatility in his abilities to design and build traditional homes as well as more modern-style homes of every size is impressive. I am convinced he can do anything! I found Dave to be patient, kind and trustworthy. He was always willing to hear design ideas and take things out of the box when I wanted to while keeping me within the box when I needed to. He only uses respectful and skillful crew memebers that appear to be loyal to him and admired by them.. I have never felt in better hands with the most important financial and emotional project of my life. I would do another project with Dave in a second! -Julie and her dog Novia”

“Aspen Ridge Builders recently installed a complete set of replacement windows in our home. Patrick was great to work with, and very accommodating with regards to scheduling and working out the finer details of the project. He squeezed us into a very busy late fall schedule, and made sure that we were taken care of before winter arrived, which was very much appreciated. The entire installation crew was courteous, timely, professional, cleanly, and most importantly, the work that they performed was all high quality. Patrick himself came out a few weeks after completion to tie up a few loose ends and ensure that we were pleased with the results. We have several more big projects planned for the coming years, and Aspen Ridge Builders will certainly be our first, and likely only call.”

“: Ryan Norman and Norman Builders were outstanding from start to finish. We come in contact with numerous builders, remodelers, and building professionals on a daily basis and can say without hesitation, Ryan and Norman Builders are in the top 1%. They initially provided a quote that included busting through into the existing master bedroom closet and adding that space to the bathroom and then rebuilding a closet in the master bedroom. Ryan helped us realize that there still wouldn’t be enough space to do what we wanted to, so we asked for a scaled back quote, which we promptly received. Ryan patiently responded to every inquiry and was right on top of things in terms of response time. We asked about the possibility of remodeling a second bathroom at the same time and Ryan was honest, to his detriment, in his response. Every aspect of the project that was within Ryan’s control was handled superbly. The workers picked up after themselves, laid new plastic sheeting to protect the existing carpet daily when called for, and showed up and completed work as scheduled. We ran into an issue with a vendor we had chosen and asked Ryan to handle resolution for us. He did so with professionalism and effectiveness. Everything in Ryan’s control was completed on schedule and without cost overruns. We will definitely call Ryan when we are ready for our next project.”

This is exactly what happened to me the day I walked through one of Brush and Hammer Builders spec homes in Portland, Maine. I quickly brought my husband back, and with little convincing we quickly signed a contract to hire them as our builders to make this dream a reality. One of the first things that stood out to me about Anthony and Adam was their attention to detail and passion for their craft. I was completely floored by their selection of finishes, carpentry and ability to work with you to ensure they were creating the space you envisioned. In my case... this was an open kitchen design with lots of storage, and a walk-in butlers pantry with a counter top and floating shelving. While my husband didn’t think it could happen, they proved otherwise, and have created a space for me with beautiful, high quality cabinetry, custom navy island end panels, and the pantry exactly as I imagined. Anthony and Adam have experience in design, are organized, wonderful communicators, and have a fantastic process that results in an incredible product.
