“I used 502 Construction and Concrete, LLC on an exterior project that included installing an antique wrought iron railing around a large second floor balcony on my 125 year old home in a historic district.. It required extensive modification of the railing itself and installing posts that were complicated to through bolt to the balcony floor. Ted did an excellent job, was always on-time, and continually made suggestions to insure a satisfactory outcome while keeping cost under control.
