We hired Dave Pratt to remove stone siding and replace it with stone. His crew started and finished on time, were extremely efficient and creative and were very professional. We are extremely happy with our project!

The Ocean Pavers team did an amazing job on installing a new 900 sqft concrete driveway with turf strips at our house in Laguna Niguel. Dieter and Dave listened to our vision, helped with design and delivered an amazing finished product. I will recommend them to my clients and happily hire them again. Ocean Pavers - professional, on-time and always available for communication. I had the idea to remove lawn grass and install pavers. Being in SoCal and saving water is on the front burner. I searched through Yelp and looked up local magazines for contractors. Ocean pavers were the first to respond when I contacted them. Dave stopped by, measured the space and gave us a quote. Then I had 5 other contractors who did the same. One gave me incorrect square footage measurement. Another gave me a price and had a motto that they do not do projects that costs less than $7500. Another was ultra high end giving me beautiful options but way way out of my budget. When Dave intially gave me a quote he was confident that theirs would be the lowest quote and he wasn't wrong. He gave me good discount on the project. He had sent samples from Orco. For a space of 450 sq.ft they took 3 days to finish. Dieter arrived on the first day of project and gave the instructions to his staff. Dieter and Dave keep each other sync'd up on the project progress. I'm happy that I contacted several contractors to find out that Ocean Pavers are the best bet that I found with regards to workmanship, flexibility to schedule and price. They provide extra discounts if you pay by cash. Cards, cheques accepted. I highly recommend Ocean Pavers for your backyard remodeling.

Both Dave and Deiter are very professional, personable, easy to work with, open to feedback and to making adjustments along the way. They transformed my back and front yard into a whole new space! Their prices are reasonable and no hidden additional costs. Kept their word on the price quoted and even added extra's along the way as needed. Beautiful workmanship. Ocean Pavers did a FANTASTIC job of turning our boring, drab backyard into a beautiful space that we now use every day. Dieter, the owner, and Dave, the project manager, were on hand daily to make sure that the job was completed on time and according to our "vision". Their price was VERY competitive and they completed our project on time and on budget. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Ocean Pavers arrived punctually,cleaned up daily and offered timely suggestions so that our backyard turned out even better than expected. Ocean Pavers just completed our backyard transition from a concreter/brick/deck patio into a multi-level paver, sitting walls and BBQ area in less than 4 days. The results are exceptional, the detail work is marvelous. We looked at 5 other paving contractors (all of which estimated a project of 10 days). We requested to visit their completed work sites, and did. And when we compared finished projects, Ocean Pavers projects in every way excelled above the others. We had a solid idea as to what we wanted to accomplish in the transition of the old to the new backyard. And nearly all of the other contractors, attempted to change the project in mass. Dave at OP understood what we wanted and helped us tweak it slightly to make the project exceptional (i.e. take a straight border and curve it, for example). We live in an HOA, OP helped with the submission to the Architectural committee whose feedback was an immediate approval. Crews were on time, talented, dedicated and produced impressive results literally hourly. OP was very price competitive and if you are looking to engage with a paving contractor, don't be confused by paver samples. Visit their customers, compare the end results and you will readily see OP is at the top of the class. We highly recommend Ocean Pavers and will be re-engaging for a front yard transition.

Excellent experience with this company. Dave did a beautiful job designing our new rear patio, and the entire team was very professional and open to feedback. Work was done as promised, on time and on budget. I got 3 estimates for this project and Ocean pavers was the most reasonable by a wide margin.

Ocean Pavers is a very professional company and their prices are very reasonable. Both Dave and Dieter were honest and upfront. There were no upcharges for the additional things they did to make sure I was completely satisfied with their work. I would highly recommend them for any paver or stone work that you need done. I told Dave that he could use me as a referral if anyone wanted to see the quality of their work.

Everything from the first pricing/design meeting to the finished product was just as we hoped. Pricing was inline with others, but we felt very confident with Dave's estimate and Dieter's expertise on the project. Having samples on hand really helped. Our backyard is beautiful. Their follow-up in completely our minor detail requests and applying the final sealant was timely and as promised. We will use them again in the future for our front.

Ocean Pavers did an outstanding job on the tear out of my old concrete patio and the installation of new pavers. We had a beautiful 5-pattern paver series installed with cutouts and borders on the outlying flower beds. Ocean Pavers' owner, Dieter, was fabulous with recommending placement, texture, color and everything else. He provided "look books" to select the pavers, samples, referrals from previous jobs, a detailed quote and great input. Ocean Pavers was also priced very competitively. The final product met all of our expectations and more, and was completed in only 3 short days. For an entire backyard upgrade, that is unheard of. We're not the only ones who are so impressed with Ocean Pavers -- our neighbors on the same street have already hired them for their backyard hardscape. If you are looking for a knowledgeable professional who keeps to his word regarding quality, pricing, project completion and overall satisfaction, you cannot go wrong with Dieter and Ocean Pavers. Ocean pavers just completed my backyard, side of house and walkway in 4 days. They did an excellent job. I love the way it turned out. The men were hard working and professional. They had 6 or 7 guys here working non stop. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. The price was also right. I got 5 quotes and gave him a check that day, I knew this was the right company to go with.

We are delighted to recommend Ocean Pavers to anyone wishing to renovate their property. In one week they totally transformed our backyard. Their crew is incredibly hard working, organized and efficient. The first day they jack hammered all the cement and trucks came and disposed of it. Next, they proceeded to prepare for the pavers, the pool service came and replaced the pool skimmer, electricians over hauled the pool electrical system, a plumber came and handled the gas line issue, all this expertly coordinated so the pavers could be laid. In two days the pavers were completed and it looks fantastic. The finishing touch was the promised pool equipment enclosure which Dieter made for us himself, after we took a ride to Home Depot to select the materials. When we were totally bummed about all the sand in the pool he called a pool service that came to the house within an hour and vacuumed it out so it was perfectly clean. Dieter is fantastic; he is responsive to calls and texts and immediately addressed all our concerns. When we are ready to replace our cement driveway I will definitely call Ocean Pavers.

Ocean Pavers just completed installing a side patio area and retaining walls in our back yard in Aliso Viejo . They did a great job!!! From the minute we met with them to estimate the project through completion they were great to deal with. The work team that were here were courteous and experienced. Would highly recommend them and also use them again on future projects.

After having Ocean Pavers do such a great job my driveway a couple years ago I called them back out to do my backyard. I called a few other paver companies and they were the cheapest by far. These guys don’t waste any time, finally had a contractor come in and do what they said they were going to do and get it done on time.
