Beautiful product. Yes. But try cutting or installing it. You'd think Tremron would be more helpful. Not so. We bought their "chrome" porcelain pavers and are currently in the middle of an awful pool installation in Atlanta. The Tremron folks recommended a "Gator Base" installation process, that no one knows who to do, (and Tremron's own authorized people don't have the materials they say is required). Beware of their porcelain pavers. Our advice: Buy a handful first, take them to your stone person, and ask them to do basic cuts (circles, narrow and long pieces). Even with the blade and saw these folks recommend, we broke about a dozen tiles trying to make a basic grate, and the piece cracked when we tried to install.
Horrible customer service! Went to the showroom and was basically ignored, but our pool contractor almost forced us to use them. Picked out tile and coping. Relayed the info back to our pool contractor. He ordered the items and was told product was "in-stock". It was in stock but not in Jacksonville, FL and it took them 2 weeks to ship it from South Florida - which we were not told about. When the product was delivered, the coping was incorrect. This was after waiting for more then two weeks for a item that was "in-stock". Again had to wait for another 2 weeks. Was told by the installer that Tremron is very big and does not give the time of day to little project. Stay away from them, unless you are ordering 50,000 sqft of pavers or tile.
