I have had many people who have been to our home who have said WOW I love you living room and master bedroom how did you come up with these designs. Now he doesn't come cheap but I think in the end he was worth every penny. Also during the construction process he stopped by to be sure that the framers were laying everything out properly which was good because he caught a couple mistakes during the framing process.”

“We have worked with Buccellato Design for the past three years to design, build and decorate our home, and there is no doubt that they are masters at their art. The experience and process of designing, building and decorating our home with Buccellato Design was enjoyable and smooth, and produced an outcome beyond our expectations. This was our first endeavor in designing a home, and while we had strong feelings for what we wanted our home to convey, we had no experience in actually making it a reality. The Buccellatos not only listened to us as we described the kind of home and atmosphere that we wanted to create, but they patiently and meticulously captured our vision, which was often in bits and pieces, and at the end of the design process presented us with a complete, articulate, stunning set of plans that exceeded what we could have hoped for. Every detail of our home, from the most insignificant to the greatest, was considered, evaluated and planned for. They also worked within the budget we had originally set. The presence of BD on site during the eighteen+ month process of building the home was invaluable. If we had never been able to step foot on site during construction it would not have been a problem, as BD and their team monitored progress on literally every inch of the home, sent regular status updates and photos, and caught any mistakes made by contractors. In our case, we actually were limited in our ability to be on site as I was on bed rest for seven months during the construction and decorating phase. Many of our friends who have built homes have told us that they needed to be on site multiple times a week, checking for mistakes and ensuring appropriate progress; for us this was not an option with my medical limitations. BD and their team didn't miss a beat, monitoring and ensuring progress and quality during this time. The final product of our home, which did not suffer in the least from our inability to be regularly on site, is a testament to their meticulous administration. “We interviewed 3 architects and chose John Allegretti based on his previous work and enthusiasm for our specific project. We wanted to go from a 1-1/2 story, 2 bedroom, 1-1/2 bath to something more. Our lot size is 33 x 132 ft. which isn't much to work with. Our location on lake Michigan's Silver Beach is extremely desirable but our home was not allowing us to take full advantage of available views. John created a full second story complete with a master suite (bedroom, bath and living area) and walk out second floor deck. This deck offers privacy and another beach view perspective. We now have expansive views throughout our home. (John used glass railings throughout.) We ended up with a more spacious home than we had envisioned. John also presented our project to the local planning commission (we needed variances), and remained engaged throughout the project which was a big help to us. We would work with John Allegretti and his associates again.”
