“We've been working with Rudy and Freddy since 2018 when they renovated our Great Room. They laid down the wood floors, installed new light fixtures, stained our beams, built and stained new steps and installed railings, and painted every room in our house! “I appreciated all the time Brian, the owner of Miracle Contractors LLC, took with me to help with ideas and suggestions to make a lot of improvements needed to my old home (over 100 years old)! His crew replaced the siding, gave me a new roof, gutters, gutter guard, downspouts, plus tore down & built a new deck across the entire back of the house and installed 2 new sliding doors to go out to the deck. They did such great quality work that I had them come back to install new kitchen & bath flooring tiles and build a new large 16' x 24' shed which we love so much cause we now have better storage space! I would definitely use them again for any work needed on my home because they are extremely knowledgeable, have fair prices and his teams were great to work with. Felt like they became part of our family!”

“We recently had a large scale addition added to our kitchen, great room, master bed and bath. From our first consultation to the last inspection, the staff at Smithouse were always extremely friendly and professional. After several years of thinking and talking about remodeling our out of date kitchen and living room/dinning room space, we finally made the move and asked friends who they would recommend. Several told us about Smithouse so we contacted Dave and his team. From the very beginning, they listened to our needs and communicated flawlessly. New kitchen island, stainless steel sink, granite counter tops, tile back splash, paint, raising the ceiling, fixtures, lighting….so many decisions for us, but they delivered exactly what we asked for. We couldn’t be more thrilled with the finished product, that came in on budget and in less time that estimated. JP who managed the project, was professional, courteous, and on time every day. The crew that he brought was phenomenal, from start to finish the delivered, and cleaned up every step of the way. We missed them when they were gone, but 5 stars to the crew and our whole experience with Smithouse…we would definitely do it all again! Loving our new addition!”
