“Washington Energy Services has installed a gas fireplace and all new windows in my new-to-me 1941 house. Gutters are next, then garage and other exterior doors. Obviiusly, i like them and the eork thry do! They're a good sized family owned company with specialized, professional teams for each product line. Highly recommend!”

“I recently had all of my ductwork replaced by Bob's Heating. When my husband and I bought our house 3 years ago, we purchased it "as is" and did not realize that our duct work was shot, but also how terrible our crawl space was. We spent 3 years paying a heating bill of over $300! We had Bob's out to look at running a gas line for a fireplace for us, when they explained that our ductwork was disconnected in several spots, and the rest of the ducts had holes in them, caused by a past rat problem. We hired Bob's to come out and replace our ductwork for us. Our home comfort is so much better, and I cannot wait to see our next heating bill! We are no longer heating our crawl space, but our house! We are so happy that we chose Bob's Heating and Air Conditioning! Bobby and Alex were very efficient and friendly, and even the manager Tom stopped to make sure that everything was going smoothly!”

“Kliemann installed my Trane heat pump and the associated duct work on a new residential construction 3 years ago. The system has worked great. The real shout-out is for helping me resolve a problematic Noritz tankless water heater problem. It was installed when the house was built (by another plumbing contractor) but had recently become an issue as it was suffering from delayed ignition/backfiring, which caused a loud popping sound as too much natural gas was building up in the ignition chamber because the unit was taking 3-5 attempts before firing up. A Kliemann senior service tech made several trips to my house - conversing with the local Noritz distributor and customer/contractor tech support on possible causes & remedies. Kliemann's Service Manager got the problem resolved on my behalf, compelling Noritz to agree the unit was faulty and that they would cover a new unit (including installation charges) under a warranty claim. Kliemann are very professional and customer oriented!”

“We had a complete maintenance checkup for our heat pump system. Russell was so courteous, even rolling with the punches as my "at home" situation changed and he ended up being "passed on" to 2 other family members. He did great work & even diagnosed an issue we would have had to deal with in the near future. Thanks to Russell we are getting a head start on that problem. Couldn't recommend him more highly.”

“they diagnosed my furnace as needing a new blower and had to order the part. Adam was courteous, prompt and very good at explaining things. Once the furnace was working that way he found the induction motor assembly also needed replacing. He came back as promised and quickly installed that part. I have been toasty ever since.”

“We got 3 bids and Air Masters was competitive. We hired them based on their salesman and his follow up to all our questions quickly. Air Masters has a good reputation in our area and so even tho' they weren't the lowest bid we felt they would be the best for our job. They were professional, prompt, and we are very happy with the service we have received. We bought a Lennox Heat Pump and REALLY like it. We replaced an Electric Furnace and what a difference. Our home is much more comfortable and we have a VERY quiet Heat Pump. I would recommend Air Masters as well as Mike Nottingham, our Salesman. Val Nimmo Kingston, WA”
