“I was referred to Westpoint Designs by a colleague who had used them in the past. I had just bought a new house in Delaware and needed to remodel and change the decor to my taste and standard. Mr. Germain, the principal designer and owner of the company was prompt in meeting with me even though he had to travel from NC. His design ideas and contemporary modern taste fascinated me which made me hire them on the spot. Needless to say I'm completely blown away by the design and execution from beginning to finish. Thanks to Malaika Germain and his team, I can now entertain in style and enjoy my home from years to come.”

“We had a very complicated kitchen remodel -- our home was built 90 years ago . We wanted to preserve the style from that era while making design/flow more consistent with the efficiencies of present time. Traci D'Alessio did a phenomenal job in meeting this challenge. her thoughtful and meticulous approach, exceptional skills of listening, and genuine interest in our preferences resulted in an award winning kitchen. I would hire her again for any project. I will also mention that we had the added challenge of employing a design/build firm for our contracting/building needs which meant that at times there were conflicts and potential awkwardness with 2 architects involved. When it was necessary and she felt that the product might be compromised, Traci D'Alessio managed these potential conflicts well -- an underappreciated but VERY important skill. Last, Traci has an exceptional command of the most up-to-date technology in her profession. This enables her to make changes with lightning speed (in comparison to the surprisingly archaic methods of many local architects) -- this will save you not only time but money.”

“After interviewing several general contractors to do an extensive remodel of our 1950s ranch home designed by architect Sophie Piesse, we selected Larry and Susan from New Dimension Construction. The project began in Nov 2015 and was completed in the Spring of 2016. We tore out walls to make open spaces, completely redid the kitchen and bathroom, upgraded the electrical, plumbing, and insulation, added a new roof, windows, and walls, etc. Throughout the project, we knew what work would be completed each week, what decisions we needed to make, and where we were with the schedule. Susan and Larry were great at communicating regarding different choices and the cost for each. There were no price surprises on this job. The worksite was kept clean and neat which was important as we lived in part of the home during most of the renovation (except for when the HVAC and flooring was installed) using a temporary kitchen. The crew was a pleasure to have around. Larry was extremely knowledgable and brought great subcontractors to the job. As always during construction, we ran into some unexpected issues> Each time New Dimension Construction efficiently and expeditiously helped us find a good solution and move forward. We think the quality of the work is exceptional. There is nothing we would change about the project.”
