“Had a great experience with DanG and NickC today as they addressed my patio lights issue. DanG assessed the situation; gave me several possibilities as to the source of problem; he suggested beginning with a diagnosis to specifically identify the issue. After accepting their proposal; they went about checking five switches in the house that activates the patio lights. They discovered the problem in our pool bath; the switch there was loosely seated an inoperative. They also discovered that the switch in the living room near the sliding door exit to the patio was also partially loose. DanG and NickC replaced both switches and thoroughly check the five switches to ensure that all were working properly. Following the repairs, DanG explained everything they did, and they ensured that every area that they worked in was vacuum and left spotless. Throughout, the two worked quietly, efficiently, and professionally. I really enjoyed the experience and because of them, I would recommend Luminous Electric to my neighbors and friends.”
