He invited our questions and was informative in his response about the process. Several of the concerns we had included changes in the electrical housing codes for the city of Philadelphia and whether updating our electrical wiring from the old “knob and tube” to current standards would be required when we decide to sell our home. They worked hard to create the least amount of exploratory holes to find old wiring. Their electricians were courteous, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable of old homes.
