“The service professional arrived as scheduled to begin rewiring my basement and installing ceiling fans in the upstairs bedrooms. He was very cordial. My boys were very interested in what he was doing (as was my dog) and he took it all in stride, explaining and entertaining as he worked. He was very open and honest, offering suggestions for future projects. When I noticed a problem with one of the lights after he had left, I made a call and he returned the next day with the same enthusiasm. Once the work was complete, I was impressed! As the days went by, I received a thank you note and discount card in the mail which really made me feel special. The discount card prompted me to plan out future projects around the house.”

“KB electric did a great job. They were very thorough with the installation of recessed lights in our house and installed a house surge protector. Both Rick and Will were very professional and cleaned up after the job. I only hope they had made a couple of less holes for the recessed lights. But overall I would recommend them and also hire them agin for any work in our house.”
