“In the interests of total candor, I must admit I have found 99% of the electricians I have hired in my lifetime to be detestable men. They have often displayed a condescending arrogance towards us “laymen” and tend to overcharge on simple jobs just because they can. So, when the house painter electrocuted himself while wiring in a porch light and knocked out power to our entire home…I was not looking forward to making the call. I reached out to a few companies including Electricians Service Team who booked me immediately and even called me to see if they could arrive early (before my 9am appt). David, the electrician was unlike most blue-collar serviceman I have met. Polite, respectful, friendly, appreciative of my business and confident…he was in and out in no time. He fully explained everything to me and presented me with an invoice that was 33% of what I expected to pay. I am rarely surprised, but David Aceves of Electricians Service Team made this electrical nightmare vanish in a way that has me smiling in disbelief. My bill was $275…another company wanted to charge me $179 just to look at the problem plus a $79. expedited travel fee to come out quickly. That’s $258. before they fixed anything!!! I am so glad I didn’t book with them. Take it from an old guy who often hates electricians…call Electricians Service Team. David’s manner was so professional there was literally no room for improvement. Electricians Service Team sets the customer service bar so high, other electricians need to charter a plane just to see it.”
