Professional, Personable, friendly. I was changing the face plates on my outlets and I touched a loose wire. I thought I put It back on the right place but I had crossed my wires. I had completed the entire house, so Mr. Campbell had to retrace all of the outlets in my house to locate the problem, and he did. Mr. Campbell was done in less then a hour. Mr. Campbell quickly located the problem and resolved the issue with one visit.
