Scott was very professional and accommodating. He arrived at my door wearing an N95 mask because I had told him that I am immunocompromised and would appreciate it. He was very pleasant, did the job I had requested, did it well and offered a couple of tips re. possible future work. I was very happy with the results and with Scott.

We had Scott from Gord’s Electric in Whitby, Ontario, attend for a ceiling fan issue. He attended twice in a very timely manner. Once for diagnosis and the second time for fan replacement after the fan was delivered to our place He was very professional, and after some brief conversation, it was obvious, he was quite knowledgeable. We had an issue with the fan making a clunking sound on every revolution that started rather suddenly. Our thinking was that something came loose inside the fan. Scott attended and checked everything inside the fan and found nothing loose. Through his consultation with the fan manufacturer, (Hinkley), it was determined there was a defective bearing. Hinkley supplied a replacement fan under warranty. Scott reattended and removed and replaced the fan. On both occasions he was very meticulous in making sure every screw was tight; the safety cable was properly attached and all electrical connections were done properly. Fan was then checked for proper operation from the remote and ensuring no vibration. Thank you, Scott, for a job well done!

Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Tested wiring to ensure an electrical issue did not break the old towel warmer. Then installed a new one.

Scotty was great to work with, good communicator, called back after the job to make sure everything was good and would always let me know what he was doing and why it was important. Had him update some old switches and outlets and investigate a flickering light in a built in medicine cabinet.

Quickly responded to me habing an issue on the Thanksgiving long weekend. Called me that night to understand what was going on, and was there the next morning soling my problem! Lovely to talk with, knowledgeable, honest, hardworking, and there to help solve your issues! Great to work with and we will be working with Scott again!

The job was explained thoroughly in advance of what needed to be done. ( parts , rough estimate of the price and time to do it.) The target date was set and when the date approached, he checked in with me to see if it was a go at my end, which it was. He arrived at the set time , performed the work and it was done in a professional manner. I am pleased with the workmanship.

Switched from gas to electric dryer so needed the wiring reconnected. I also had old hot tub wiring I wanted disconnected (removed) and a smart switched moved. Scott was on time, very personable and explained everything he was doing making sure I was satisfied with results. He answered all my questions and in good humour, put up with me hovering around trying to soak up as much knowledge as possible.
