Everlast was not the cheapest and not very expensive compare others. We choose Everlast Construction because they had great reference from they previous clients. “MAK Design and Build did an amazing job with our remodel! We remodeled the whole downstairs of our house (roughly 3000 sq feet) and are so happy in our new home. After interviewing 5-6 local and regional remodeling companies we knew that MAK was it. Our project consisted of the remodeling of an outdoor space into a breakfast nook, a complete kitchen overhaul, a very complicated stair structure that had to stay in its place but needed a lot of work, all new floors, all new paint, an office remodel, turning an old office into a pantry and incorporating that into our new kitchen/mudroom., and a master bedroom remodel. Throughout that whole process, Ken, the owner, Anthony, the designer and all their staff were great to work with. They were helpful, knowledgeable, hardworking, and pleasant. The project came in right on budget and right on time. They were always available to answer questions and help with picking out fixtures/tiles/paint and were quick to resolve any issues. “I contacted the company to assist me in preparing plans for a house remodel that required engineer signatures. The. Company did the drafting of plans. Coordination of parts of the project that needed to be completed. These include engineering calculations, title 24 calcs, truss calcs, printing. The job was done well and in a timely manner. My favorite part about it was the quick communication from the team. Emails were answered promptly and the predicted dates for completing specific aspects of the project were also met. The team went above the expectations. Really felt like they cared about the project and it’s success. In addition they took the time to help out with suggestions for the improvement of the design. This showed that they looked at all aspects and details not rushing to just do a poor quality job and get paid but making sure the client was happy with the end result.”

“Creation 7 build the master addition on our house. It is generally understood that having major remodeling done on your house, can be a frustrating process. It's noisy, messy, and usually, goes over budget. I can honestly say that almost none of these were true for our experience with Creation 7. The men were so respectful of our space. They cleaned up at the end of the day - no mess was ever left. The construction generally stayed within budget. These guys were a pleasure to be around also. They were funny and nice, but also respectful of our need for privacy. Also our completed addition! It's so gorgeous! Everything is in perfect working order. Their eye for detail and overall craftsmanship is amazing. I really can't say enough how great our en suite master bedroom is. It has transformed our house from an old boring space into our dream house. I highly, highly recommend Creation 7!”

“The crew that did the remodel on our two bathrooms--- Mark and Robert ------ Did a fine job for us in this remodel, in fact the did more than I had expected. These men were on time as they said they said they would be. They were respectful of our home in that they wore proper clothing as well covering their foot ware so as to not track up the house. Beside doing a great job and a bit more they were willing to take time to explain the repairs as they went along, never were they curt and short when asked a question. At the end of the work day they cleaned up after themselves. One would never know they had been here.
