He worked with us to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted and followed up to ensure we were happy with the progress and final product. We're extremely happy with the new addition to our home and spend all of our free time hanging out on it. Our only regret is that we didn't hire Xpand years ago!”

“From the moment we walked into their model home, it was everything and more of what we were looking for. At the time we were just "looking" as we were not set on building yet. After speaking with Zehnder homes about our situation with selling our house and whether or not building was even an option or in our budget, they helped us make the decision to build a no brainer. Since the house is a custom build, we were able to work with Zehnder homes to come up with a budget that would work for us while still having the elements, details and design we really wanted in our first real home. The process was easy going and really not stressful at all. They were always was very willing to go the extra mile to help when we had questions and since I always had a million of them, we could not have appreciated that more. For us, building a new house was not stressful at all and we could not be happier with the end result.”
