“When we were planning to build our home we interviewed and received bids from several builders. It was clear from our initial meeting that Terry was the contractor we were going to work with. He wasn't the cheapest, but we felt he was the best for our customized home requirements. Knowing that he had extensive hands on experience, he started as a framer, made us comfortable that we’d not only have a beautiful home but one that was structurally sound as well. His expertise proved critical when we considered and ultimately made some pretty significant changes to the architects design. Throughout the project Terry was an excellent communicator via text, email or calls and he made himself available to provide updates or to answer questions we had. In the end, our home was delivered on schedule and within the agreed upon budget. Ultimately, we believe Terry was actually less expensive than the other bidders based upon the value we received, the personal attention to detail and the benefits associated with doing things right the first time. We highly recommend Terry and if we have an opportunity to work with him again we surely will.”

John is meticulous, hires excellent sub-contractors, and is very easy to work with. My home turned out beautiful. Unfortunately, it was way over budget/estimate, because my architect included a lot of expensive detailing which was not budgeted for. I would have opted for less beautiful to save substantial funds, if I had known.”
