“I hired Luxe Showroom Ltd. for two sequential projects: a kitchen remodel and bathroom renovation. I can't say enough about how accomodating they were during both projects. If there was a need for a change or modification they made it happen. Nothing was too much trouble. The kitchen renovation included replacement of all cabinetry, granite countertops, sink, backsplash, and some appliances and electrical work. They came up with a way to creatively re-use some of the existing cabinets and counters as a craft/work bench in the basement, which required some challenging carpentry work. The bathroom renovation was a complete rip out and reinstall. The designer and craftsmen worked with my 16 year old daughter to come up with a modern yet functional design, with totally custom tilework and innovative lighting. They were totally flexible in allowing us to do as much or as little of the sourcing and work as we wanted. Any minor glitches were dealt with promptly and effectively and without controversy.Budget estimates were met, and adjusted fairly if changes were significant. Overall, I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone looking for professional, reliable and creative design and construction services.”

“We had our apron to the driveway and the front sidewalk and entrance done with pavers. We were happy to hear that polymeric sand was used so that weeds would not grow between the pavers. The grading of the sidewalk was excellent and there was no need to even have a step due to this. We loved the artistic look of the sidewalk. The entrance from the driveway is wider and gives it a more elegant look. The sidewalk has the pavers turned along the two edges for the border appearance. The finished project far exceeded our expectations. We plan to use Yorkville Hill for our patio and landscaping! We loved how Kyle contacted us whenever we had changes or questions and how he supervised his crew!”
