“RTS not only did a great job remediating mold that had accumulated near our HVAC system (for a very fair price) but they also made several recommendations on preventing future growth AND came back to our townhouse (free of charge) to troubleshoot and solve an unrelated problem that we had with our A/C. Not only that... they painted a bathroom door that had a bit of mold, replaced its rusty hinges, and added a door stop. We were so grateful they offered to solve these additional problems since we are trying to get our townhouse ready for tenants while we are living overseas. Their customer service could not have been better and their responsiveness is incredible!”
