“it was a couple of weeks ago on a Sunday night, when I finally decided to head to the gym for the first time this year. I came down the stairs, stepped on the foyer, "Splash, splash". Horrified, I looked down to see several inches of water on the floor. Turns out the cold Siberian Indiana winter caused the pipes in my downstairs bathroom to burst. Horrified, I called my insurance company, who in turn got me in contact with Whitney and Shawn Huff, the owners of On Time Restoration. Even though I called them on short notice, on a Sunday night, Shawn was there with his crew within a short period of time. They came in, introduced themselves, and proceeded to get to work. I was on edge during this time (no one needs burst pipes), but they used humor and professionalism to alleviate my concerns. They also brought plenty of equipment to start the dry out. As I sat there, I talked to them as they worked. They had the right balance of professionalism and humor, and they all seemed really down to earth. This is one of those things that when it happens to you, you hope you have someone solid to do the work, and do right by you. I have no complaints whatsoever, and I have been pleased with the work they have done so far. If my mom ever had plumbing issues, I would reccomend On Time Restoration to her.”
