Capitol Restorations completed the mold remediation at my house and did an overall fantastic job. I needed to rent out my house and needed the mold remediated within a short period of time. This was my first time experiencing the effects of mold in a house. I received estimates from three businesses before making my choice. I had a conversation with the owner of the company who was well mannered and extremely knowledgeable on mold issues. We scheduled a time to meet and look over the work within a few days. After meeting with Capitol, I had an estimate within a couple days. I worked with the owner over the next couple weeks to answer the large amount of questions I had about the process. He did not become irritated even one time throughout all the edits that were made to the contract. I knew exactly what I was going into and Capitol knew my expectations. The price was very reasonable for the work being completed. Capitol Restorations completed the mold remediation within a week. No debris or other waste was left behind. The area that the mold remediation was performed was dry and no odor was present. A couple days later I received the independent lab results to show that the air quality was where it should be. The experience I had with Capitol was wonderful and I highly recommend them for any mold remediation projects you need completed.
