We recently hired Billy Willard to test an underground oil heat tank for leakage on the property we were under contract to purchase. Unfortunately, the test came out positive. After the 50 year old tank was removed by Willard Environmental, additional remediation work was required by the VA DEQ. Billy was a consummate professional throughout the remediation process. He was available to answer questions fully and honestly, was extremely hands-on and helped us traverse the process to a successful conclusion - the remediation of the property which permitted us to purchase of our dream home! I would recommend Willard Environmental to anyone having any environmental concern!
