We have had problems with their Trisore product since the beginning and their customer service was rude and unhelpful. Product looks good but doesn’t work well. Don’t buy it. Not worth it.

DO NOT buy their gas fireplaces if you live in Fairfield County, CT. It is impossible to get service on them here. The fireplace is beautiful, but that's meaningless if you can't get it serviced when necessary. I cannot tell you how frustrated we are after having spent so much money to purchase and install 2 of their fireplaces, then go months at a time and many, many phone calls in an effort to get service when there's a problem.

European Home has been stone walling me on a warranty issue for an Element4 gas fireplace. I have contacted Element4 in Holland in Jan (2022) to fix my fireplace. It is now late March 2022 and European Home has yet to do anything on this....hasn't even contacted me. I find them a very poorly run business. They have a contract to fulfill with Element4 and have decided not to do as Element4 requests.

Great quality fireboxes. Very high-end product. Glass does not have metal on edges which is why they look so great. Also like the driftwood product in the contemporary box.....nice balance.

European Home has a fantastic selection of European inspired gas fireplaces. The frame-less glass is a look that architects, designers, and homeowners love. Holly and her team are a great resource. They know the product inside and out and can help with any design questions. We have a few in our showroom and they always gain the attention of people that walk through. Very impressive units and great customer service.
