“I came home from a trip to Kansas and found 7.5" of water in my finished basement (this was not a one time event). Of course we tried several DIY fixes, which did not. B-Dry's estimate was not the lowest, however; it was no where near the highest either. I liked what they said & I liked what they showed me. As God is my witness, they showed up on the day they said, at the time they said, did exactly what they had promised and were gone by that evening leaving me no clean up what so ever. They had jack hammered the perimeter of my basement floor, laid new drain tiles and systems, installed a new sump pump, repaired the floor and we parted . I, a very pleased customer and B-Dry, a very appreciated company. I would recommend them to anyone. I did have a friend that did not take my advise, however; after 2 other attempts, failures and a great deal of wasted money and repairs they finally listened to me. They had failed to heed my advise because I was a widow and my friends husbands just figured I didn't really know what I was talking about.”
