They built a nonbarrier pool fence around a pool even though my husband explained to the owner that the black mesh around the pool was there because there was no fence yet. So the owner (Derek Bailey) in his own words "assumed" that we did not want a pool barrier fence around our pool. When the city inspector came out, he caught the mistake and we called Derrick to discuss the alterations the inspector documented in order to make the fence a pool barrier. Derrick eventually stated that he would come up with a solution to make everyone happy. However, the next day my husband got an email and a call from the company requesting the balance of the fence. When we called Derrick back, he stated he was not going to do any additional work and wanted us to pay him the balance on the nonpoolbarrier fence he built around my pool. Not only are these guys not the smartest, but they are also lacking in terms of customer service.
