Big Sun Fencing did a great job! We love our new fence and it was done fast and easy!

Terrible service from the word go. The fence was non-functional at installation given there were gaps so large that my Dutch Shepherd could effortlessly crawl under. If my dog can get out then it stands to reason other animals can get in. My request to have the fence lowered was met with much resistance but eventually they complied with my reques (at least partially). Two weeks later when tested by a short thunderstorm an entire section of the fence fell apart, and other sections hung on by a thread. The company won’t tend to their terribly constructed fence because the “damage” was weather related. The fact that the fence is poorly constructed and unable to survive one small storm is just an opportunity for Big Sun to make money on repairs. I do not recommend them at all. Do better Big Sun Fencing.

I cannot tell you how impressed I am with this company. After calling several vendors, there was no doubt in my mind that these were the right folks from which to purchase and install my privacy vinyl fencing. They were able to get it done much sooner and for less than any other company I called. In fact, I learned that Big Sun actually supplies most of the other vendors in my area with their product. Their warranty was also a big incentive. They surveyed my property at no cost and did not disappoint in delivering exactly as I envisioned. Kudos to you.

My wife and I are blown away with our new vinyl fence. The quality and the appearance are outstanding. The installation team of Justin and his assistant, who will be entering into the US Air Force next month, did an outstanding job. They were very professional and patient with their work. Even when we noted that something wasn't right with the installation they assured us that it would be fixed right away and right away it was fixed to our approval. We appreciate everyone who was involved with our home project. We've been looking out the windows just LOVING our new fence. I am the VP of Capital improvements for my Company, Legacy Communities. We have hired Big Sun over seven (7) times, with projects totaling over 800K to date. We are required to get competitive bids and Big Sun wins every time. The quality (crews) of the installation is beyond compare. We will not do business with anyone else.

During installation, the installers threw a tool into the ground and broke an irrigation pipe. They were honest enough to let me know and then assured me they would repair it. This was on a Monday. Our sprinklers ran Saturday morning and we discovered water was still pouring out after the system shut down. The repair man discovered dried glue in one of the valves causing it not to close. This was the same excess glue from the “repair”. I called Big Sun to tell them about this and that it cost me $195 to fix what their installers “fixed” incorrectly. The company would not take any responsibility and said irrigation lines are not marked so there is no way to know where they are. This damage was outside of our gate that they installed, not even where fence had been put! I’m very disappointed that they weren’t even willing to compromise with me. This is not the kind of company you want to work with! They took over $4000 from us and then caused damage which cost me nearly $200 more. Very unhappy

These pros were friendly and got me a same day estimate. Katie, Jesse handles the billing and scheduling very expertly and easily. Jonathan and Joey were a delight as installers. A great experience! And I love my fence!

We had a minor scheduling snaffu, but Ken and his crew sprung into action to make it happen. I was also very pleased with how nice David and AJ were, who did the installation. The fence looks great and they addressed all of my concerns with regards to trees close to my lot line and sprinkler heads. Additionally, they took extra care to make sure the fence was level and had a nice gradual flow. They even made sure to cut in a few inches to ensure I had no encroachment issues with my neighbors. I highly recommend this group.
