About Us

While anyone can build a fence or deck, we are devoted to excelling. We pride ourselves on being Responsive, Easy and Caring. We offer a wide array of products and services, and will take the time to explain the benefits of each so you can make the right decision that fits your needs. Because your home is one of your largest investments, we do everything we can to find the option that is best for you. Cascade fence and Deck is here to serve you. We are more than happy to answer all of your questions. We want to spread out knowledge, whether it be products we are using, or the process of installation, we want to keep you in the loop. Cascade Fence and deck is a division of Kaski Incorporated,and is owned and operated by Brian Kaski. The company was started in 1997 as a partnership between Brian and his parents. In 2002, Brian bought the other half of the business from his parents and continued to grow the company’s services at his customer’s demands. Perhaps you know us as “Cascade Vinyl Systems”. The original plan was to sell and install only vinyl fence and deck products. We did this for several years, but our customer’s needs were continually changing. After numerous request from loyal customers looking for products other than vinyl, we decided that it would be best to begin offering other options. We gradually took on projects outside the original scope of work, while maintaining the customized feel our customers have grown to love. With a new name to better describe us, Cascade Fence and Deck is now a full service fence and deck contractor and an industry leader.

We used Cascade Fence for an earlier fence installation last fall and hired them back this spring for a larger project. They are a family-owned business and they take pride in their friendly customer service and stand behind their work. They replaced a very old damaged existing privacy fence and also installed a front yard picket fence. They did an excellent job tying in to existing fences, and they did both fences in less than two days (we are still doing landscaping, but already these fences make everything look so much better)! We really appreciate how everyone at Cascade worked within our budget limitations, with a quirky existing lot layout and covid 19 guidelines - and yet they made it all work. We will be sure to hire them again in the future.

Johnathan & Victor did a fantastic job with our Deschutes Hog Wire fence! We really couldn't be happier. And so many neighbors keep stopping to give compliments. Our corgi is so grateful to have access to his front yard now! Aaron came out to measure and quote the job, and he did an amazing job too. Super fast and efficient, listened, and got us exactly what we wanted. They even set us up with financing at a very reasonable rate. We are so happy

I couldn't be more pleased with the whole Cascade team from start to finish. Mike came out and gave us an estimate and options for our deck. He was great about following up without being pushy. He managed all of our design needs up until the day the team broke ground. Josh was the foreman in charge of building our deck. He was always prompt and professional and his communication each step of the way was phenomenal. He took his time to make sure that his work was the highest of quality. He treated our deck as if it were being put on his own home. He came up with some great solutions along the way like hidden doors and a removable step for our hot tub. I still can't get over how good it looks, and love to show everyone all of the little design features. He does a fantastic job of balancing functionality and design. The Cascade team is professional, fun loving, and has the best communication in the field. I found their pricing to be very fair, given the quality and how they stand behind their work. You'd be crazy not to hire this team.

We had a new front porch deck installed on our house. The crew were true craftsmen from start to finish. They done an excellent job and left the job site clean. They use the best quality products and have a very knowledgable sales, job estimator that can show you all the available options. Cascade Fence and Deck did a quality job on my fence a few years ago and most importantly the fence still looks good and the gates still close properly. Their crew was great too - clean cut and trustworthy... I wasn't worried having them work at my house with nobody being home (if you know what I mean). I would highly recommend them and am very happy with the job they did.

Cascade matched our existing composite deck, built a staircase and lower level deck. Their expertise and professionalism were exceptional, we'd highly recommend them for any outdoor project. They worked hard to make sure everything was right and just like we wanted!

I can't recommend Cascade Fence and Deck high enough. Their works was excellent and it was one of the best experiences I've had with any contractor. They worked with me on a creative level to come up with a great design, much better than what I imagined on my own.
