Definitely made the right choice to use Fensu. Came down to a company that we used before and Fensu. Fensu bid was nearly half of the other company and the quality and materials were the same. Chris was patient as we had to get a sign off from our neighbors. Once that was completed, he got his team out to do the job. The crew was organized, courteous and skilled. The foreman talked the entire job through with me to confirm the scope prior to starting. Whenever a question came up during the process, they solicited my input to be sure it was done properly and to my satisfaction. They even fabricated a special piece of fence for the transition from existing to new fence to ensure out dog couldn't get out. No surprises, no drama, just a really good install by really a pleasant crew. WOULD RECOMMEND AND USE AGAIN!

I contacted Chris at Fensu for a quote for the removal and replacement of the fence in my yard, which required around 110 linear feet. I was very quickly contacted and after discussing my needs received a very prompt, detailed and competitive quotation. The job was scheduled and work commenced and completed exactly as scheduled. The crew was extremely professional and knowledgeable, respectful of my property and removed all the old stuff and left my yard in better shape that is was in when they started. Basically, I couldn’t have been any more pleased with the entire experience..

Superb job! These guys are true craftsmen, very professional and very easy to work with. They were receptive to specific customizations we wanted for our replacement cedar fence, approx. 80' classic picket and 40' of privacy, plus two gates. They gave helpful suggestions about details and they did the work on schedule and completed it within 3 days. The cedar pickets and boards are high quality and the fence sections were beautifully manufactured. The crew did a perfect, solid installation and the price included all the clean up and removal of the old fencing. FENSU's pricing is very competitive with top end fence companies, we got great value for the price, we are thrilled with our beautiful new fence. They made the whole process easy and stress-free -- we had tried for a couple of years to replace the old fance, but frustrating issues arose with three separate fence companies we had consulted. We are SO HAPPY to have discovered FENSU. Highly recommended!

A neighbor of mine recommended Fensu to me. They came out to my house to review the project and then sent to me a competitive quote. They removed my old dilapidated fence and replace it with a even better fence than the original. They were on time and did what they said they would do. I was very pleased with their professionalism and the quality of their work.

We had 175 linear feet of vinyl fence, with lattice top installed, including 2 gates. Fensu was the most professional of the 3 quotes we obtained, and the fairest price as well, and responded quickly to all communications. Chris was attentive to our particular requirements for the fence line, and happily came back for a final walkthrough of our design immediately prior to starting construction. His crew was pleasant and diligent, and Chris dropped by to ensure things were done right. They were also patient when the local zoning enforcement asked us to stop work due to a perceived corner visibility issue (side note - insist your town stamps your plans even if it's not required by law!). The only downside of working with Fensu was that they're in high demand and therefore we had to wait a few weeks to get started (admittedly we were booking them in Spring which is peak fencebuilding season). Leaving this positive review so they can hire more people and do more great work.

I hired Fensu to replace an old chain link fence that had seen its day. My fence was a small front fence as I have a little area in the front of my home. I live in South Boston so being in the city it is small. I called and Chris came out promptly and gave me an estimate. A week later they came an installed the fence. His workers were very friendly and courteous. They finished the job I looked at the fence and the more I looked at it the more I didn't like it. My house is on a hill and I did not like the way it was slanted. I called Chris he came back out said he would order the parts needed to fix it. Well they came today they fixed the fence to my satisfaction. I LOVE the fence. I highly recommend Fensu for all your fencing needs.

We hired Fensu to build a wooden fence for our backyard. They were pleasant to work with during the planning stages and throughout the process. They came over and measured our yard, gave us ideas and a fair quote, which was why we chose to work with them. Before getting started, they were responsive to our questions and gave us good ideas on what would make sense for our space. On the day the fence was being put up, it was extraordinarily hot but the team got right to work! They were professional, organized and efficient. We were still making some decisions even as they were installing the fence about how far we wanted it to go and they were flexible and patient with us even when we were being indecisive! Overall, we were really impressed with the quality of the product, the looks of the fence and the professionalism of the team. I would highly recommend Fensu to anyone.

This company was very professional, courteous and fast. The owner scheduled the estimate and showed up on time and went though all the recommended options and priced it out on the spot. Once the job was scheduled the crew showed up on time and installed the fence exactly the way we had agreed on. The fence is beautiful and solid.

Fensu did an excellent job. We asked that the fence look as similar as possible to that of the neighbors next to us. Over the course of one day, they put in an excellent-looking fence (although it had wider panels than the one we had pointed out). We were fine with this, but two days later, they contacted us to say that they had done a "drive-by" to see how it was looking - and realized that it looked different than our neighbors. They came back and reinstalled a new fence - free of charge and free of hassle. Terrific customer service and follow-up!

Our fence fell on the ground due to the recent wind/rain storm on Thanksgiving morning. We called Chris of Fensu, Inc. and left a message. We did not expect a reply because of the Thanksgiving Holiday but Chris called back an hour later. After he found out what we need, he was able to schedule his crew to come and fix our fence on Saturday. His foreman, Milan came and explained how the fence will be fixed. Both Milan and Mark were very polite and hard working and the job was done perfect! We will highly recommand this company to our family and friends.

Fensu installed a new wood fence around the backyard of my single-family home. I was totally satisfied with the service. The company owner was very helpful in advising me about the choices of fence materials and styles, and in solving some complicated technical problems involving installation around a retaining wall and a tree. The crew members were efficient and installed the fence beautifully.
