We will add to the negative reviews. We hired Wade to install vinyl fencing in June 2020. He is very quick to respond when he comes to give you a bid and pick up his check. Then it is week after week of "I'll know more next week." "The materials are on the truck and will be here this week." Etc. every single week. We were ALWAYS the ones to reach out to him. He flat out lied about materials. We would hear that he had them and would be out the next day then crickets. Then he would backtrack and say he DIDN'T have those same materials. When we would repeatedly contact him to come out and do SOMETHING he would literally come for an hour...set 2 posts and leave. At one point the panels that he did set fell into the neighbor's yard with some winds. Took 2 days for him to come and get them out of my neighbor's yard. Crickets again for weeks. Finally the snow is flying and the ground is frozen. We fully understand that 2020 was difficult with materials and the pandemic, however, the lack of communication and overall unprofessionalism was unacceptable. He also has the same complaints pre-pandemic from other customers. We have cut our losses and moved on to a reliable company. Do your due diligence and do not hire this man. I don't understand how he can stay in business. If I could give zero stars I would.

I hired Wade for 2 separate fence projects. One in September 2019 and one in February 2020. September 2019: Gave him a deposit of $2k for a cedar fence. Every time I checked in with him he'd say he was coming "next week". I was understanding and flexible until he FINALLY came at the end of December and installed the fence in 2 days. Overall I was pleased with the fence (initially) and booked him to install another fence (more to come on that). A couple months later after things melted, I saw there were piles of concrete from the post holes that weren't dug properly (perhaps because the ground was frozen when he finally came to do the work SINCE IT WAS DECEMBER?). Also he cut the old metal fence posts and left rings of exposed metal all along my property line - found that out when my dog cut her paw on one. Thanks Wade. February 2020: Booked Wade to do a cedar gate and fence, gave him a deposit of $1k, referred him to my next door neighbor who also booked him and gave him a deposit of $3k. Months and months and months go by, I keep texting, my neighbors keep texting, Wade keeps promising to be there "next week". I finally say I want my money back and he "puts a check in the mail". It's now July 2020, another week goes by, no check. I contact Wade AGAIN and he finally venmos me back my money. Same with my neighbors after they repeatedly asked for a refund. This guy is TERRIBLE. The quality of his work is ok, but actually getting him to your property (for anything other than an estimate or payment) is IMPOSSIBLE. Find someone else, he isn't worth the hassle.

Wade and his team did an amazing job with my new privacy fence. He is a small local company and I like to support local. With that he is a small company and can take some time. I think he did a fast job and worked in the rain at some times as well. Would highly recommend him and his team. Support local at this time.

Gave Wade a down payment in October 2019 for 96’ of privacy fence to be completed that fall. To date I have posts and cross boards and no communication when the job would ever be completed or refunded.

Met with Wade at the end of May after firing our last contractor for lack of communication and repeatedly missing his deadline. Told him of our issues and concerns and he promised that he would be able to get our fence done in 2-3 weeks. I paid a 50% deposit of $5400 based on this time-frame. It is now the end of August and Wade has only done 3 posts. He routinely makes promises about coming and working and then doesn't show up and doesn't call or text to let us know. Several times I've had to reschedule other contractors who are waiting on him to finish his part of the work I'm having done, because he was a complete no-show. At this point I've given him the ultimatum that he either needs to finish my fence within the next week, or I want my deposit back. If not, I will have to take him to court. DO NOT USE this guy at any cost!!!

In case you would like to get your fence on time you need to find someone else to do it for you. Never shows up on the day which he says he will be coming, except the day of picking up a check. Not saying that the guys are working with 50% prepayment. We are not talking about $100. So we got estimate for $3450, we did prepayment $ 1725 and still waiting the result. We got estimate May 15th, did prepayment, the fence supposed to be done by May 31. Today June 7th, we have only posts in the backyard. We’ll be posting updates if situation will change, but unfortunately I don’t believe it will happen. The worst experience I ever had.
