Superior Fence & Rail

Hired to install board on board fence. Project started weeks after promised date and quality was very poor. After approximately half of the fence was installed backwards and leaning, we asked the rep to come by the property to examine. He agreed that it would have to be removed and re-installed, which was done. Because of a permitting issue (which the sales rep said would be no problem) the last panel of the fence was never installed (although we were promised that it would be and paid for that section). We then asked a rep from Home Depot (which is who we hired Superior Fence through) to assist. They sent a rep to our house along with the Superior Fence rep to help find a solution. She wrote an agreement on how we would fix the problem, which was signed by all parties. One of the issues dealt with the permitting problem, so even though the agreement was signed, the new work was never done. We were credited for the cost of the last section of fence, but the other issues that they agreed to repair in the addendum were never addressed. I will never use this company again, and I will make sure that everyone I know is aware of the problems.
