Warped boards and excessive gaps. Professional installers that takes pride in their final product must cull some of the pickets that are unacceptable. Not Thomas, they used every picket, including the warped pickets. In fact, gaps In the new fence are larger than the gaps in the 20 year old fence they replaced. Satisfaction Guaranteed is their logo. So I called Shawn to let him know. We set up a meeting, but when I arrived home, he called to tell me he had been by earlier. A courtesy call would have been nice to save me an hour out of my day. If so, why did he not know the length, or the material. Family was at house, as well as dog. Apparently, he snuck in unnoticed , or simply lied about being there at all. The solution to the satisfaction guaranteed? $700 additional dollars. Poor craftsmanship, and very poor service. I would not recommend this company to friends. Choose a company that takes pride in their product and backs up their product.

I couldn't be more pleased with Thomas Fence! I received a quote on time as promised, and the work was done on schedule as promised. I couldn't believe they removed the old fence and replaced it in just one afternoon. They did a terrific job!! My thanks to all at Thomas Fence for providing excellent service. I have already referred friends to you, and I know they will be as pleased as I am with your work.

Very Professional. Accommodated the request to add more fencing and additional gate. Explained in great detail the final invoice after the additions. Kept the integrity of the yard and existing irrigation system while installing the fence. Innovative and able to overcome obstacles and communicated each process of the installation. Our yard was kept clean during the installation.

Absolutely will use Thomas Fence again! I am not used to dealing with companies that follow through with their promises. Professional and communicated any delays (due to rain). Reb listened to my needs and the guys followed through - no baby sitting required. I wish they did more than fences.

Did a great job with the challenging fence replacement involving multiple neighbors. The neighbors used another company on part of their fence and mine was done with stainless steel nails and theirs was not. My nails will not rust and the fence looks better than theirs. I will use them again in the future to replace another side of the yard fence. They listened and did what we wanted to make it all look great!

Terry was very responsive to coming out and giving us a quote and discussing different options. Other companies I contacted took days to respond or didn't listen to exactly what we wanted. Although Thomas Fence was slightly higher than some of the others, we went with them because of this responsiveness. The installation crew was out when we were told they would be, and they completed everything in about 2-1/2 days. The guys were super polite and nice; I felt completely at ease with them being around the house, even though I was home alone. Finally, when the fence was complete, Terry came back out to look over the workmanship before I paid. I did find two things I wanted them to adjust, and within 24 hours of the request they were back out to fix it. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that they didn't re-fill the post holes with dirt on top of the concrete. I did request it, but I was gone while the guys were doing the fixes and I don't know if they didn't get that message or if that's not something they do. I would still recommend the company to anyone needing a fence!

Excellent company to work with, they were receptive and adaptable to meet the design, cost, and installation of my fence. Definitely would recommend them to others. Provided additional insight and considerations not otherwise thought of. Efficient and tidy.

I contacted Terry Delany for an estimate, and he came out to the site that afternoon. We had a tight schedule to adhere to due to school coming back into session. They performed as promised with a great job done.
