“We hired Jeff and his crew to replace a 1200 sq' deck that was 14' at the maximum height. Not the easiest of decks. I had done the demolition side of things in order to salvage the lumber from the old deck. Jeff had quoted us a price and a timeline that i felt was a fair estimation of both. I, of course, was prepared for things to take longer and be more expensive than agreed upon as has always been my experience with contractors. From the moment that the crew arrived we had a good feeling about this hire. There was no hesitation about what they were there to do. Within minutes they started to tackle the ledger and posts. We had some dry rot in the sill and they replaced that easily. Hardly set them back any but i was starting to feel that timeline slip away. It's usually one thing after another. After the first two days i was very impressed with the progress and after two more i was blown away. These guys don't mess around! They come to get the job done. There was also an attention to detail that made me feel really good adout the work they were putting in. They were sincere about the project and communication was open and honest. After getting to know them better i am so happy that we decided to hire South Fork Construction. These are the kind of guys that you want working on something you care about. But enough about them! We finished two days ahead of schedule and under budget!!! We can not recommend Jeff and South Fork Construction enough. We are remodeling the bathroom next and know exactly who we'll be calling. These guys rock.”

“Denis' company was the one that did a replacement all the windows on the rear side of my home a few months ago (through Lowe's), and I have ZERO complaints at all! He was very professional, he and his workers did quick and clean work! I did have an issue with one window arriving broken prior to the install (twice!), but the fault wasn't on his end at all. He handled everything and I didn't have to lift a finger in getting it replaced and reinstalled. I'm hoping to get my front windows replaced this year, and I'm hoping to get his company as our installer again!”
