“10 out of 10! I would highly recommend Flores Artscape for any of your landscaping needs. True professionals who know their way around just about any landscaping task. We had a fairly complex project that included: New decomposed granite installation, removal of old DG, new irrigation systems along our fence line and front yard area, removing and re-potting plants that were previously in areas where the new DG went down. Their communication was always prompt and informative. They did a great job assessing the project and providing a complete project plan that they stuck to - and provided an estimate that was right on budget and plan. The work crew was focused, and got the job done quickly. There were no "stop/start/stop again" delays - just dedicated time, and a commitment to getting the job done right. Flores provided a few really good suggestions about how we could optimize for low-water use landscaping. The best part however - was the team. They were always friendly, accommodating, and professional. We knew we were in good hands the whole time, and we love the result. Our dog Milo loves it too! Thanks Flores!!!”

“Roy is a great professional and it was very easy working w him on our complete landscape project. He spent time creating a nice rendering of the site complete with pictures of the plants. A nice bonus was him taking us on a tour of the nursery to see the plants before installation. We also appreciated Roy’s use of modern materials like corten steel planters. To top it off, he created a nice veggie garden and gave the kids a cool intro to growing food. Roy also spent a lot of time thinking about our garden and communicating to us how it’s going to develop and look even better over time. He visited our site at different times during the day to see how the sun would hit different spots. He was also willing to change the design based on feedback so we felt like he was listening to our input. Overall a great experience!”

“I've worked with many different home contractors over the years and Richard Lusk is one the very best! My project was to redo the front of my house with all new landscaping, irrigation, turf, natural stone walkway, driveway, custom designed fence with matching rails on the balcony of the second story, plus exterior lighting. Richard worked up drawings based on our feedback, suggested edits, and guided us through the design process. After we locked on a final design, he submitted our plans to our HOA and the City of Newport Beach and received approval. After one month, the project was 99% complete and it looked fantastic! The final open item was to paint the new fence. We asked Richard to hold off until we finalized the exterior color of the house, which also needed updating. The house painter was backed up for 2.5 months so Richard moved on to other projects as we waited. Three months later, Richard had been paid in full and was working other jobs, his team came back, painted the fence, replaced a few plants that were in distress, and adjusted the irrigation. You can trust Richard to do the right thing AND great work! Richard was easy to work with, fast, efficient, and communicative.”
