“Our yard now drains properly and looks great! It used to be we'd get a small flood every time it rained. Seafield took out the old driveway and path, installed drains, put in pavers, replaced the fences, planted trees, and set up an efficient and automatic irrigation and lighting system. They stuck to their budget unless we asked to add something. As a bonus, they noticed an emerging termite problem which we were able to get fixed before it became a major issue.”

“I hired Westcoast Hardscapes to replace my concrete driveway with pavers. The owner Michael Lopez came over and did the estimate himself, and the crew did a great job for a fair price. I then hired them to rebuild a falling down fence, and to completely redesign my back yard with a new sprinkler system, raised boxes for vegetables, wider flower boarders and a circular succulent garden. His crew was professional and prompt, and worked some long days to get the job done on time. Michael was my contact, and he responded quickly to any questions and provided me with daily updates if I was at work. His written estimates were clear and accurate, and he really worked with me to make sure the project had everything I wanted, within my budget. I highly recommend West Coast Hardscapes, and would hire them again for any future work.”

“Paul's work in our backyard was very well done. He communicated with us regularly. He immediately sent someone back for a small adjustment to sprinkler work when we asked. The work was to take out an old backyard lawn and install a new one. The new lawn was smaller than the old one to save some water. We additionally had Paul and his guys build 4 raised garden beds to our measurements and add PVC sprinkler lines to them with the plan being that I would create the drip line irrigation when I was ready to plant. Again, Paul's was very good. Only a short year or two earlier, a different contractor had needed to modify an edge of the grass when he installed a split-rail fence. The lawn border was very crooked. Paul's guys did a great job of making better lines all the way around the new lawn, including a better job on that previously messed up edge. The raised beds are very nicely done. It was easy for me to put in my drip line when I was ready. I would both recommend Paul's team's work and I may very well use them again someday.”
