“The folks at Penn Fencing exceeded my expectations in performing the work and handling customer service/care items. I was looking to put up a partly aluminum, partly vinyl coated steel fence around a portion of my property. Penn Fencing offered a competitive price and an attractive financing option. There was a bit of an issue with starting the work as I had selected a non-standard fence design and they had to wait for several weeks to receive it. I had called to check on it an discovered this information and then requested an in-stock fence and they were willing to work with me on the change and proceeded shortly there after. The installers that came were very professional and knew what they were doing. They were not a bunch of kids or such. Fences were put quickly in nice straight lines and all even. I was really pleased. Later on that summer (fence was installed in winter months) I noticed a problem with one of the gates. Due to the temperature changes the aluminum had expanded and began rubbing making it difficult to completely shut the gate. I emailed the salesman who sold me the fence and as they warranty their workmanship sent a guy out to fix it, free of charge. Overall I was very pleased. There were some minor issues with communications and installation, but they were very willing to work with me and I did not get any hassle from them. I got what I was after at a good price and good quality.”

“You are not going to find a better contractor than Jon. Here's what I have learned over my six years of home ownership... nobody is going to do a better job than an intelligent, motivated individual can likely do for themselves, given the right resources. Jon and his crew represent the exception to this rule. He is personable, communicative, fair, and generous in his work. You will not have to chase him. His team is friendly and knows what they're doing. He hires young and develops college kids through their work for him. Jon was even flexible on an already aggressive price when the coronavirus pandemic unexpectedly impacted my salary. All of these are attributes that distinguish Rogerson Outdoor Structures and make the short-term experience of bringing your vision to life fun and exciting instead of painful and anxiety inducing. However, even the friendliest contractors come and go. It is ultimately the quality of their work that you are left with. With Rogerson, the quality is there. I have no doubt that my family and I will enjoy the wall, patio, and fence that Jon built us for years to come. The guys created a backyard where there was previously, no backyard. “R&T installed the fence around my inground pool. It looks amazing!! I was having trouble making a decision on what fence to get and the saleslady took her time and showed me lots of pictures of previous jobs that looked similar to mine in order to help me with my decision. I really appreciated how patient she was. When it came time for the install, the guys that installed the fence called me to let me know they were on their way. They showed up on time and were very nice. I have already recommended R&T to all of my friends. They did a great job!”
