“Richard Lusk and his team deserve every star earned on this review page. We couldn't be happier with the job Richard just finished on our home. His work is exceptional and his team is professional, skilled and reliable. When we first met with Richard to discuss our project (renovating the front driveway/landscaping and redoing our entire backyard to turn it into an "outdoor room") he estimated he could complete the project in 5 weeks or less. We didn't think it was possible, but sure enough, Richard made it happen. He had a great vision for our design - from the layout to the hardscape to the landscape. The final results are even better than we imagined. We had very few hiccups, and when we did, Richard treated us as if we were his only clients and resolved matters immediately. The crews worked through rainstorms, very cold temperatures and even the holidays to get our job done. “I have used Pacific Outdoor Living to install paving stones on 3 separate occasions...the first was my driveway, which was such a game changer, I hired them again a few years later to do the driveway at our other house. Once again, they did such an incredible job and it looked so great - we had strangers asking us who we hired to do the work. The third time I hired them to install a pathway in our side yard and pavers in our back yard with steps leading to a back door. We also had them to create a pathway in the backyard of our other house. They went above and beyond the call of duty by helping me install a French drain and gravel in an adjacent area - something they didn't need to do, but they did. You just don't see service like that anymore! No corners cut, everything done right. Each time we hired them, they took the time to survey the areas, take measurements and plot it all out in advance so that the installation was nothing short of perfection. To say that they do an outstanding job is really an understatement. They are incredibly professional and proficient in what they do. I am always careful to do my research and look at all my options and each time I have come back to Pacific Outdoor Living because they are simply the best. I trust them to do a great job and 3 times later they have never disappointed me.
