“Brandon tackled the complicated job of finding the leak in our water feature. Another company--not Brandon's--had installed the feature. In order to repair the lining, they had to remove all the rocks, replace the lining, and then put the rocks back in the same order. The end result is beautiful. And they even improved the little waterfall by adding a bio-falls that has really improved the quality/purity of the water. I wouldn't hesitate to higher this company again for landscaping needs. Brandon is easy to communicate with, and his crew is also very experienced and detail-oriented. It is not always easy to find contractors with integrity. Highly recommend!”

“We are very pleased with the patio that Maynor & the M&C team completed for us over the summer. I first reached out to Maynor in 2022 to get a quote for the project to compare to another local contractor. He was quick and responsive and was able to get out within a few days to give me a quote. He even had some ideas to help with the design. We ended up deciding not to move forward with the outdoor project at the time. A year passed and we wanted to pick up where we had left off the previous year. I called Maynor to check in to see if the quote was still valid. He was able to confirm and update the quote from the previous year. I was still not 100% sure on the design, so asked Maynor to come out again. He was able to come out very quickly, and this time had a few more ideas for the project. My wife and I really liked the updated design that Maynor had and decided we were ready to move forward. What stood out to me about M&C is that they were able to accommodate work that not all other patio contractors were willing to do, like doing demo of a portion of a wooden deck or other construction work. This made us feel better because we were able to work with a single point of contact vs. juggling multiple contractors. Maynor/M&C just made it really easy. Once we decided to move forward and received the HOA approval, M&C was able to get us on the schedule really quickly. The crew started on a Monday and wrapped up the job by end of day the Friday after they started. It was a wonderful transformation of our outdoor living space and one we are very excited about enjoying this fall. The crew was excellent too. They were here early every day and stayed until the late afternoon to get the job done. I've compared the work to other patios in my neighborhood and ours is hands down the best quality.
