“We hired Mike from M & D Builders to produce the full set of drawings required to our commercial building extension project in Brampton. He quickly scheduled to come over to our site to discuss the project further, he also schedule for his team to drop by the place for measurements and proceed with project. They were extremely helpful through the entire process and were able to have the drawings completed and submitted in a timely manner. Mike was always available by phone and email responding and helped me through my permit application process till we got it. I want to thank Mike and his team for the job extremely well done. I will never look for another firm and always recommend them to my colleges.”

“I had my Condo apartment for over 10 years, and I was bored of the style it had. I did some research to see how I was able to find a good contractor in my area. I used Kijiji to post an ad asking for help for renovations. After meeting with a few contractors, I was able to find Jose and his Team. His approach since the day we met, gave me the that secure feeling that I was doing my project with the right team. After they get started, they were very professional on prep the area and how clean they work. I was really satisfied with their quality and their service. I have other projects for them in the early future and also, I have recommended them to my close friends.”

“Trustworthy, reliable and honest. Over the last two years, we have done several major renovation projects. After working with a handful of contractors on other jobs, I can say without a doubt, Eagleview Construction is the best experience we have had thus far. Eagleview installed a second story deck with stairs to a lower deck and living in a city with very strict building codes, it was a complicated project involving custom engineering. They kept us informed along the way of how the project was to progress, and worked with the city to ensure we met all the city requirements. Throughout the project they were very professional, kept the work site clean, were always on time and kept the project on schedule as promised. The end product is a beautifully built, up to code deck that we can now enjoy for years to come. I would recommend Eagleview Construction to anyone who’s looking to undertake any project as you are guaranteed to have positive results”

“My wife and I have worked with Richard on several projects, from a bedroom addition to cottage retreat and finally art studio transformation. We keep coming back to Richard, because in addition to his architectural problem-solving skills we always know that we can count on his creativity, attention to detail, and excellent project management abilities. From the beginning design consultations to product selection and placement, no detail is overlooked and Richard's own enthusiasm for our projects almost seemed to eclipse our own. Richard's attention to detail begins with the first client meeting, making sure that he understands your vision above all else before he ever picks up his pencil to create. In working for us, he helped transform an attic space of our home into a stunning master suite, bringing transitional elegance that gave needed spark to our space, while respecting the historic integrity of our century home. Later, when we bought our northern getaway, he transformed the drafty, characterless barn of a building that we had purchased, into a truly one-of-kind masterpiece that was at once a home, and at home in its setting. “We wanted to update and renovate our ensuite bathroom last year and we searched around for a reputable company to do the work. We found HQ Construction & Supplies and when we went to get some information and consultation Ed was very helpful, courteous and friendly. He had an array of floor and wall tiles and vanities and we liked that he had staged bathrooms on site. Once we chose our colours and supplies, Ed promptly provided quotes and a reasonable timeline. During construction, he was diligent in maintaining a clean environment and made sure that the area was tidy when the workers left. He came every day to inspect and make sure the work was on schedule and done accordingly. When a times a few problems arose (hidden pipes) Ed was quickly to respond and explain the situation and the detours that needed to happen.We were very happy with the outcome.”

“Patricio was an amazing contractor to work with. We did a full house renovation this past summer. one Kitchen, two bathrooms, Engineering Floor in the whole house, Interior Garage Floor and exterior interlocking, wood deck in the backyard plus many other details and spaces. Patricio and his crew were courteous, kept us informed about options and pricing, provided creative solutions to maintain us in budget and kept to the timeline for the job. From start to finish they listened to our concerns and were right in line with the look and design of the new spaces we wanted. The price was right and I feel we got a lot more than any other company would have done. This was no a small job with multiple unforeseeable issues that were resolved by Patricio to the last detail providing my family with peace of mind on all the options we choose. This is clearly a company that has integrity in their work and cares about their customers needs, something that is difficult to find these days . I will definitely use them for future renovations and recommend them to my friends.”

“Recently we had our bathroom renovations. It included removal of a tub and replace it with walk in glass standing enclosed shower. Also replaced the vanity counter top with a new sink and fixture which was custom made by them. My first contact was Simrat, she was very knowledgeable and knows what she's doing. She understood all my requirements and met my needs. The whole process was very stress free and completed when expected. I would like to acknowledge Simrat and Ron who were responsible for the renovation from start to finish. They were friendly, approachable and extremely hard working. I didn't need to pick the bathroom light fixtures and faucets myself as their taste is very elegant and affordable. Every detail was took care of. Thank you Simrat and Ron, I am very impressed and pleased with the results and would certainly use Mallard Homes INC. in the future. Already hired them for my ensuite bathroom renovation and kitchen. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.”
