ABA HEARTH & HOME

I had ABA Hearth &Home install a gas fireplace insert. I couldn't recommend this company more highly. I had tried to go with another company that seemed good on Yelp, but they seemed to keep changing sales people, and everyone seemed to have to run to someone else to get answers to my questions. I was always uncomfortable with the answers because they seem to be saying I could buy anything I wanted, whether I needed it or not. I also had terrible experience with their recommended gas installer. Went to ABA, and the first consultation at my house answered all my questions and more ABA showed me a defect in my gas installation - it was missing a shutoff valve which was required by my city. They showed me photos of the unit and options they recommended for my fireplace. They had done many like that before. It was probably one of the cheapest units they make. Installation went completely smoothly, and the installer told me how to operate the unit and how to show it to the city permit inspector, and sent me photos to show the inspector. Communication with the store for scheduling and questions was quick and easy. I was 100% pleased!

Very professional and knowledgeable. Drew spent the right amount of time consulting with us and helping us find the right fireplace for our space and design.
