All Basics is a family owned business that was founded in 1986 by the late David G. Yakuboff Sr. and his brother Paul D. Yakuboff Jr. The company started out as a chimney sweep service and has expanded into one of the largest Hearth Dealers in the New England. Over the years we have never lost site of our most important goal, to ensure every customer is happy. I just have to say, I couldn't recommend All Basics Stove Shop highly enough! From the moment they arrived, their professionalism and expertise shone through. They meticulously conducted a comprehensive chimney inspection, leaving no stone unturned. Not only did they clean my chimney and install a chimney cap with remarkable efficiency, but they also preemptively addressed potential issues, saving me from future headaches and expenses. Their commitment to safety was unparalleled, evident in their meticulous fireplace safety inspection, which provided me with immense peace of mind. Thank you, Guys, for your outstanding service and the reassurance that my home is in capable hands. I cannot wait to cozying up by my fireplace tonight!

Dave and Tom came to my house to look at my Heat and Glo fireplace insert. They were on time, kind, super efficient and got things done quickly and with a smile. They shared things I should do and things I could think about to keep the unit working properly for the next few years. Awesome guys, great service, so incredibly happy they came! Ordered 2 ton of pellets, they billed credit card immediately but could not deliver until December, I found a better deal so I called them the next business day and canceled the order. Was told they would credit my card immediately. Month later charges showed up on card statement. Called and again was told they would credit my card right away. 3 hours later still no email for credit. Went there in person and finally got a credit. Poor business practices. Their excuse, “ we are very busy”. Couldn’t get it done in a month????

We needed to switch out an old gas stove and decided to replace it with a pellet stove. We contacted All Basics Stove Shoppe in Merrimack NH. They sent out two service techs to provide an assessment of the job and the entire process thereafter was seamless. Working with All Basics has been nothing less than stellar. They are knowledgeable about the industry and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to install a stove to heat their home. We love our pellet stove.

We have dealt with All Basics for more than 20 years, purchasing three wood pellet stoves from them and using them as a source for both fuel and service. Our QuadraFire Classic Bay 1200 insert is the second stove from All Basics in this house (it's a big house), and they did their usual excellent job recommending the best product and performing the installation. The one attribute that separates All Basics from their competitors is that All Basics is completely dedicated to their customers, making sure that they have whatever is needed for a positive experience with their wood pellet appliance.
